This is the ultimate quick dish - really tasty and a favouite in our house. Fresh tagliatelle is bound together with a zingy sauce of creme fraiche, lemon zest and parmesan. Wilting rocket is thrown in at the end to finish a dish that only takes 6 minutes to cook!

This is a great dish packed with flavour - all you have to do is throw a bunch of ingredients in a pot and let them cook for a couple of hours and the result is magic! This is such an easy one. Have all the ingredients out and put a pan of salted boiling water on the hob. Pop your pasta into the water, stir and cook for 3 minutes. Whilst the pasta is cooking you can make the sauce.

For the sauce, put 4 tablespoons of creme fraiche into a small bowl together with the zest of the lemon and the juice of half the lemon. Using a fine grater, grate in the parmesan in, before adding a small pinch of salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly to mix all the ingredients together well.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it through a colander and put it back in the same saucepan. Add the creme fraiche sauce into the pasta and stir gently. Just before serving, throw in the rocket and stir gently again.

To serve, simply divide the pasta between two plates or bowls and sprinkle with a little salt.
