For a quick, easy and delicious meal look no further than this! A moreish bowl of creamy pasta with the gentle flavour of fresh basil running through it.

This is a really tasty healthy dish with the mix of veg creating really nice contrasting texture and flavours. Add in the the syrupy sweetness from the reduced balsamic vinegar and it's just fantastic.

This dish is like me, simple but effective! It's is great recipe that shows why you don't need 30 things on a plate. The chicken that gets wrapped in bacon and roasted works so well with the creamy onion flavour of leeks.

The heat of the chilli is offset by the creme fraiche, whilst the freshness of the coriander running through the couscous binds everything together.

This is a great dish for a quick weeknight meal. Homemade pesto is a delight. Not an E number in sight, the taste is so fresh and vibrant. The ribbons of tagliatelle pick up all the fresh flavours whilst the sausages add a lovely homeliness.

A delicious stir fry combining fresh healthy Asian flavours! There is so much going on in this recipe with coriander and ginger and the gentle heat of chilli.

This is a great weeknight meal. It doesn't take any effort to make, is super simple and super tasty. I love the risotto rice in this dish as it binds the whole thing together in a creamy delicious delight.

The chunky bits of salmon are the stars of this recipe. Cooked in stock, with the smokiness of bacon lardons and finished with single cream and chopped dill, this is a supremely tasty dish.

This recipe is packed with flavour - it has a zingy crust and the subtle warmth of chilli running through the salad. I hope that you try this one because I think you'll love it.

This is a lovely rich, creamy dish that's packed with flavour and really easy to make. By blending half the mushrooms, you get your very own mushroom sauce but still retain enough mushroom chunks to bite on.

There are just a few things that go wrong with risottos - under or overcooking the rice and the final consistency being too mushy. Normally you would laboriously add stock, a ladle at a time, however my recipe removes the effort as I've worked it out for you!

This dish is perfect for a weeknight after work. There's hardly any preparation and the whole dish takes just 10 minutes to cook.

The reason that I love this dish is because it's a little bit different and contains cannellini beans which are super healthy. There are loads of different textures and flavours going on, but no one flavour overpowers the dish.

This is one of my favourite kind of dishes because you can create this dish in only 17 minutes! It tastes fantastic and uses only 5 ingredients, a great example that you don't need 20 components to make a delicious dish.

This is the ultimate in moreish pasta. Lovely fresh tagliatelle coated in a creamy sauce that's infused with fresh sage and a big whack of parmesan. Add in a couple of juicy pork chops and you have a recipe that looks great, tastes great and is super easy.

This week's newsletter recipe is for my Tangy Lamb Tagine. This is a great dish packed with flavour - all you have to do is throw a bunch of ingredients in a pot and let them cook for a couple of hours and the result is magic! Slow cooked lamb shoulder, with the sweetness of apricot and the gentle heat of cayenne pepper - this dish will warm up your senses in no time.
